You represent and warrant that the image you are providing is not subject to any copyright, trademark or other legal restriction on its reproduction and dissemination. We reserve the right to reject any image for any reason or for no reason. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, submission of images, which may constitute advertising, which are religiously offensive or political in nature, pornographic images, violent images, images depicting illegal activity or offensive images is expressly prohibited. Images may be reported to law enforcement if deemed appropriate. Your submission is subject to MasterCard Guidelines for the creation of such devises.
